“Twilight Visions” was created in memory of “The Five Spot”. A blues club I used to frequent while living in Brooklyn NY back in the early 2000’s. This place was famous for its soul food, and their open mic nights (Wednesdays) that always seemed to have a hypnotic daydream quality to them. The smokey atmosphere, cheap rum drinks, and amazing music inspired sensations of being in a different time and place.
